Frequently asked questions
Which sites does SoJob Copilot work on?
SoJob Copilot detects and fills job application forms on sites like Workday, Greenhouse, SEEK, LinkedIn, and SuccessFactors, pulling from your saved Application Profile, resume, and references.
How does it answer open-ended application questions?
For questions it can't map to a structured field — like 'Why are you a good fit for this role?' — SoJob Copilot drafts an answer with AI, grounded in your resume, which you can review and edit before submitting.
Do I need a paid plan to use the extension?
No — connecting SoJob Copilot and autofilling structured fields (name, contact details, work history) from your profile is free, capped at 100 applications within a rolling 30-day period. Share your referral link, and when a friend signs up and saves their first resume, your period automatically renews for 30 more days (Basic, Premium, and Pro are unlimited). AI-drafted answers to open-ended questions require Basic, Premium, or Pro; AI resume tailoring and cover letter generation from the extension require Premium or Pro. Free users see an upgrade prompt on those actions instead of an error.
